30 Day Guarantee
You may return any product you purchased from us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We pay for return shipping from the USA. If you are returning an entire order shipped via our standard flat-rate shipping, we will include the original shipping charge in your refund. To receive a refund, please contact us for a prepaid shipping label or other instructions.
Items purchased from Shiny Devices through Amazon are covered both by our guarantee and by Amazon's guarantee. We recommend that you contact us first in case of problems.
1 Year Warranty
We will repair, replace, or refund (our choice) any defective item we manufactured or sold within 1 year of its original purchase, except for items explicitly sold "AS IS." Shipping within the USA is included. Please contact us for a prepaid shipping label or other instructions.
Customer Service
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied, even in situations where our guarantee and warranty policies don't necessarily apply. If you have questions or problems with any of our products, please let us know.
Shipping
We never charge more for shipping than the carrier charges us.
We ship to all United States addresses for a flat rate of $5 per order. Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 3 to 5 business days. We provide tracking or delivery confirmation numbers through Google Checkout.
For overseas United States addresses, including American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (US), please allow at least 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. For APO/FPO deliveries, please allow 4 to 8 weeks.
Orders to non United States addresses ship via USPS International Priority Mail Small Flat-Rate Box. We charge $11.35 per order for Canada and Mexico, and $13.25 per order for all other countries. Most orders arrive within 1 or 2 weeks, but some may take 4 weeks or longer. Customers are always responsible for paying any applicable import duties or other taxes. All prices are in US dollars.
If you would like us to ship your USA or international order via UPS, FedEx, or DHL, please contact us with your email address, shipping address and order details. Please do not send credit card information, but do include your UPS/FedEx/DHL account number if you have one and would like to use it. We will email you a Google Checkout invoice, usually within 1 business day. Although we will make every effort to handle your order as quickly as possible, please allow an additional 1-2 business days after payment is received for your order to be shipped.
Shiny Devices products sold through Amazon.com are shipped directly from and by Amazon, which means that you can take advantage of free Super Saver shipping, Amazon Prime, and expedited shipping options by placing your order there.
Payment
We never see your credit card number.
For orders placed through this web site, we accept credit card payments through Google Checkout. We are required to add 8.25% sales tax (excluding shipping) to all orders delivered to California, or 9.75% for Alameda County.
To pay using PayPal, please email your order details to pp@shinydevices.com. We will reply with a PayPal invoice, usually within 1 business day. Please do not email credit card information.
